Ranebennur Ka Raja

  • The primary objective of the field visit was to provide students with an opportunity to explore cultural heritage, learn about traditional practices, and gain a better understanding of local history and religious significance. On 21st September 2024, students from Classes 1 to 10 visited the famous Ranebennur Ka Raja, a prominent Lord Ganesh temple in the region. The visit was organized to introduce students to the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of the area. The visit began with a guided tour of the temple premises, where students learned about the temple’s history, architectural design, and the significance of Lord Ganesh in Indian culture. The priest shared stories associated with the deity and explained the rituals performed at the temple. Students also participated in a short cultural program, which included a devotional song performance by the senior students. Teachers emphasized the importance of respecting religious diversity and preserving cultural heritage. Students learned about the history and significance of the Ranebennur Ka Raja temple. The guided tour helped students understand the intricacies of temple architecture and rituals. A small interactive session allowed students to ask questions about the traditions and practices associated with Lord Ganesh worship. The field visit to Ranebennur.
