International Day of Yoga

  • On the occasion of World Yoga Day, the 7th class organized an inspiring event to promote the importance of physical and mental well-being through yoga. The event was held in the school auditorium and was attended by students, teachers, and staff. The special guest for the event, Sanju Koti, a renowned yoga instructor, delivered a brief yet insightful speech on the numerous benefits of yoga. She emphasized how yoga helps in improving concentration, flexibility, and overall health. Sanju also shared her personal experiences of how practicing yoga has positively impacted her life and encouraged everyone to make it a part of their daily routine. After the speech, the students actively participated in a yoga session led by Ms.Sanju Koti. The session included various poses and breathing exercises aimed at improving both mental and physical health. The atmosphere was serene and calming, with everyone following the instructor’s guidance with enthusiasm and dedication. The event concluded with a short meditation session, where participants practiced mindfulness and deep breathing. This helped everyone to experience a sense of calm and relaxation. Overall, the World Yoga Day event was a great success, fostering a sense of well-being and unity among the participants. The 7th class students were praised for organizing such an educational and engaging event.
